3. Start your application!

Keep these things in mind

• You can only apply during the application window.
• Your application will start with an eligibility form. Once you answer the questions, if you are found eligible, then other forms will appear on the left-hand side to complete.
• You can save your application forms by scrolling all the way down until you see the "Save & Continue Editing" button.
